Child killer Yurko pleads guilty
The anti-vax liars have been claiming victory in the case of convicted child killer, Alan Yurko. After errors were found in the autopsy, a judge ordered that Yurko be re-tried for the death of his baby.Importantly, judge Lawson said "I also find that there is no reliable medical evidence that links the death directly to a vaccine."
What's more, Alan Yurko then pleaded "no-contest" to manslaughter and was sentenced to 6 years and 125 days in jail. This was the amount of time he had served in prison on the earlier charge of murder, so having served the time of his sentence, he was released from jail.
There are some important facts to be aware of with the latest developments in the Yurko case:
- The vaccine reaction defence was thrown out. It was not a factor in the judge's decision.
- Yurko was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to more than 6 years jail.
- Yurko was not cleared of guilt and freed from jail, he was released after time served.
- Yurko is a convicted child-killer.

Noted your refernec to fuckwit and pedphile Peter Bowditch's "Australian Council Against Healthfraud". A council generally is defined a group of people with a common interest/goal/mission. There is only one member of "FuckWit"'s council and that is his greatness himself: Peter "FuckWit" Bowditch.
Thank you for your comments. I think they show the public the type of person who would support a child-killer like Yurko.
At the time I wrote this article, I was a financial member of The Australian Council Against Health Fraud. I am unaware of the current membership, but will contact Peter. I will also pass on your false accusation about him being a pedophile so that he may determine if legal action is needed.
But then, I suppose that's why you are too scared to own up to the false accusations that you make and post as anonymous.
Anonymous's point must be that Yurko is so evil that even pedophiles are disgusted by him.
